Question, for those who know about licensing. I was at a 50's diner and they had all the typical Marilyn Monroe Omlettes, Elvis Shakes, etc. I would imagine whoever owns the rights to all these bands, celebs, etc. would have a problem with their name selling these items/food products.
How do you think they got the licensing to put all these 50's pop culture icons on their foods? Did they even need a license? What are the laws for something like this?
