Electronic Slates?

[Bruce Morgan]

:undecided
We just got some cameras both arri and atton for use on a second unit of an action flick where I am doing some pick up shots .
I know I am coming out of the stone age when I see this great looking electronic digital gear that is supposed to attach both to the camera and the production lap top for keeping clerical on the details of our shooting progress .
Does anyone have links where I can read up on these slates
Denke ?
Mac ?
Mac marker?
the talking slate
Thanks for any help and cheers
Bruce
