Egg crate cell size deminsions needed

I'm working as DP on a film thats shooting in an office. The existing overhead flourescents are bright enough for me to use as overhead keys, but I hate how the fixtures just spill light all over the place. My plan is to build my own cheapo egg crates out of black posterboard. The only catch:

I have no idea as to what my cell sizes should be!

So I need to enlist some DVXuser help. I would like cell size measurements for 30, 60, and 90 degree grids. I need length, width and depth. If you have any other angles, feel free to list the measurements.

Just for the curious, I'm bringing along some of my own fixtures and some trusty Lee flourescent gels to match my lights to the overheads. I mainly plan on filling in on faces. The film is supposed to have a fairly dramitc look, thus my need to keep these overhead fixtures from throwing light all over the place :) And yes, there are some wide shots too....where the lights are seen, but I've got some sneaky tricks up my sleeve for those shots also :Drogar-Evil(DBG):

If it's overhead office fluorescents you can buy eggcrates readily available at your local hardware store. For sizing just take a trip and take a measurement of the existing crate. I'd imagine they're 4 ft by 2ft?
