But . . . how do they take a hot hot actress (Loken), put her in the role of a hot hot redhead vampire, and make her look plainer than most of the girls I went to my podunk high school with?

Yeah... I know!

It reminded me of Elektra in that...well... i didn't really find Mrs. Affleck very attractive in that outfit. It wasn't flattering at all. The original suit was better.

Anyway... yeah, well after playing both games, none of these people are what I envisioned... not even close...and man...another Michelle Rodriguez I'm playing the same character badly before I get pulled over for DUI performance...ug.

I guess Boll has a unique talent for lowering the creative abilities of everyone around him....even the costume and make-up people.
 
Somebody rescue Ben Kingsley from bad films. This looks like the bastard child of Lord of the Rings and Van Helsing, with a dash of Fantastic Four thrown in.

The lighting looked pretty flat, just from looking at that trailer. This looks really bad.
 
Well I think he found his acting match in Michelle Rodriguez...

But yeah... I cant see anyone turning in good performances or work when you're working for a steamy turd.

HAHA! Indeed....and about the lighting....that helicopter shot coming over that hill...all discolored and drab...its terrible. The fighting also looks bad.

Yeah, I thought for an "action" movie based on an "action" game, the fighting looked worse than first year stage combat students.
