dont know what that means but , ok. lol

im pretty sure its a clip from film , but im not sure where if its probably custom, anyplaces online that have clips like this?

It felt like I was a baby being born again, that's all. Lots of organic looking tunnels and tubes. Maybe that's just my perception of it.

oh hhaha , ya well im almost 100% positive its film stock footage, just not sure what kinda , i know there is film burns, flicker, damage, but i want to get this one really bad for my project!

These definitely look practical, and like they were pulled from an old scifi film. I'm 90% sure you won't find this exact thing. Most of those clips look like liquid reactions close up, which you can recreate on your own if you don't want to go with After Effects. Doing this in After Effects would probably look more like a Windows Media Player visual, depending on how well you did it.

I agree with Cassius, that looks like practical effects. Oil and ink in water mostly. It's a lot of fun to set up shots like this. Get a water tank of some kind with a black bottom. Paint the bottom of a kiddie pool if you have to, but the deeper the better (keeps the light off the bottom). Skim some light across the top of the water (very low angle to keep it from highlighting the bottom of the tank) and rig your camera shooting straight down on to the pool. Then start dropping stuff in. You can color the water with food coloring or kool-aid then drop some oil in and watch some really cool patterns develop. You can speed up that footage or use it as is. Also, once you have the oil in you can then drop some liquid Dawn in and watch the oil go crazy. play around with other things too. Ink will sink and make cloud like shapes (that is exactly what a cloud tank is, only shot from the side or below). Also play with the color of the light, or just change the colors in post.
Experiment on the small scale first to get an idea of what you like. play around with milk too, you get some really cool stuff with milk, food coloring then a little liquid dish soap.
