Effect (Filmconvert) giving me a strange error in Premiere CS6.

I'm using Filmconvert on my desktop and Premiere CS6 without any problems. But I just installed Premiere CS6 and Filmconvert on my new laptop and it gives me a problem. Whenever I apply the effect and try to playback the footage, I get no image, only audio. When I try to render the footage, it gives me an 'unknown error'. It says it cannot render.

GPU acceleration is enabled and this laptop is more than fast enough. Also, no other effect is giving me any problems.

Any idea what this might be?

Does the plugin work in CPU mode?

A BTO notebook:

i7 4700mq
GPU: Geforce GT 750m
16GB mem
120 gb SSD / 1TB 7200 rpm

Windows 8.1. Premiere CS6.

You could try installing graphics drivers direct from NVidia... the MS provided drivers can be a weird with OpenCL.

I already installed the latest version from Nvidia's website... But thanks anyway.
Is GPU rendering actually that much faster than CPU rendering?
