You might as well call it the Mike Downey forum , Cause at this time you can't post on the forum and on March 9th the site will be down for a few months.
 
And even if it did, you'd think they'd start the work on the new forum in parallel and cut over from one system to the other when the new forum is ready.

It might take a day or two of downtime to move the old content (I hope they don't start from scratch!) and test before going live again, but having NO forum for two months is kinda silly.
 
Oh man.. i didnt think they would take it down BEFORE march 9th...however, the work Mike is putting to "save" the information in copying Q and A is huge, i really dont get it why they just cant keep it read only...i am sure that there were too many annoying criticisms, specially to the 4.x updates...lets hope that all this, plus the next big update will bring satisfaction for all of us...!

As long a s that i guess it will be a little more busy over here at dvxuser/edius..so lets help where it is possible..!
 
Actually, I'm able to get to the forums again. There must have been an intermittent problem yesterday (I was getting ERROR 500 responses) that have gone away. Still, the clock is ticking...
 
Sorry guys - I'm really busy with NAB stuff. There's some integration-related things that affect this as well, so it's a lot of things.
