Editing with Premiere (PC), but need to edit files on a HFS+ formatted drive!

Hi there everyone,

I'm a bit confused regarding what I can do in my current editing perdicament. I'm editing a short 20-30 minute narrative project for a friend of mine. He has delivered the footage to me on two 4TB hard drives, each of which are formatted for Mac (HFS+). Apparently one of them is a back-up for the other, and the total size of the project files are 1.5TB (not including the duplicate back-ups). I am currently working on a PC (Windows 7), running the Adobe CS6 suite. First of all, I can not access the files on either of the HFS+ drives without using software like HFS_Explorer. Though HFS Explorer gives me the ability to transfer the files to my hard drive, where they can be seen by Premiere Pro, I do not have nearly enough room to take on the whole of the project with my current internal hard drive (1TB). So, my question is, has anyone used this other software which apparently gives full access to HFS+drives for windows users-- I believe its called Paragon HFS for Windows. I need to know whether this program or any other program like it will allow me to edit directly off the drives themselves (rather than having to move the files over to my internal hard drive).

Any other ideas would be very much appreciated!

Thanks!

TLDR; Im on a Windows 7 PC and need a way to edit footage thats stuck on an HFS+ formatted hard drive
