Hey all,
I'm going to be entering a 24 hour filmmaking contest, and for the sake of time I'm hoping to have 2 editing stations. What's the best way to go about doing this in terms of combining the cuts together for the final project.
My concerns are that when the edit is combined, that the computer will think that the footage source is gone even though they have been uploaded on both.
Is this going to be as simple as logging the clip using the same name, or will it be more complex.
Also, what's the best way to transfer files? I have an external hard drive but its USB so its kinda slow. I can also set up a server of some kind if necessary.
I'll be using:
1x Canon GL2
2x Macbook Pro with final cut pro 5.0
