I was reading about how open FCPX Events/Projects in another macinhe, because i usually first cut in one machine and send the project (FCP7) to another machine to make the final cut, and relink media (i usew a LaCIe d2 Quadra to store the project and files and connect this LaCIe to the second computer). But in the FCPX i need to send a event to hard drive will i work - in this case the same i will send to another machine. I really don´t understand the workflow of FCPX, i can just do like FCP7, send the event file to another computer and relink the media? I´m asking this too, because after the video is finished, i throw away the ProRes files, and keep the original in another hard drive, so if i need to make a correction after this time i still can work in the project, and the projects is stored in 3rd drive.
