Editing MPG4 clips in FCP 5.1.4

I am trying to edit together a full res. 16:9 segment and 2 MPG4 clips. How should I export the full res. 16:9 clip and then edit all three clips together to make one master MPG4? I'd appreciate any suggestions or advice asap.

Okay. Thanks! But then how do I edit them together? What sequence changes do I need to make? I can't find a sequence setting for web editing. Thanks, Noah.
 
Match the clips settings as seen in your browser to the sequence settings. You'll have to render on every edit- MP4 is not a supported editing format.
