Editing in HD / Using XHA1 with FCP

I'm currently purchasing the XHA1, Letus Flip, and a few lenses (Nikon 28mm, 50mm, and 100mm lenses). I'm going to be shooting soon, and I was wondering if there are any big problems with the XHA1 and FCP. Also, I'm not even sure if there are any issues with editing HD and trying to down-convert(?) because we obviously can't record to an HD DVD yet. Can someone explain this to me; the whole editing in HD and recording to DVD aspect. I understand that you can provide files in HD, but what do you do afterwards? Thanks.

I don't use FCP so I can't answer your question. I believe there is an FCP section on this board so you might want to ask there. The nature of your question is so broad that it's hard to know how to answer it.

For now, in terms of DVD delivery, most are downrezzing to SD and burning to a regular DVD. I don't know anything about Mac apps so you'll have to ask others for specifics.

Thank you very much. I want to express my appreciation. I guess it came across that I was being rude, but as I posted in the other thread, I've created a few threads asking about things and they seemed to go overlooked for a while, so I was posting recently with brevity. I respect and love your work and like I said, I've even sent an email to your pinkelakes email (as that's all I knew at the time) inquiring about how your manage to create such beautiful shots. Regardless, sorry to sound rude, and I'll go to the FCP/Post boards for this inquiry. Also, I managed to get ahold of 3 lenses, the A1, and Q is working on a Letus Flip Enhanced now. Thanks again.
