Editing hvx-200 clips

I am buying a new computer and I am wondering if i will be able to edit true hd content such as 1080 24 clips from the hvx-200 on adobe premiere

the setup looks like this:
Intel Core 2 Duo 6600
Ocz DDR2 800mhz 2go 2-5-5-5-12
Asus 7950 GX2
74GO 10k rpm Raptor + 320go 7.2 K rpm SATA2

is this enoughe or do i really need to buy a dual Xeon setup?

There are no reports of any HD editing tests that I'm aware of, but media encoding and decoding are the Conroe's strong points -- I would expect it to spank the Xeon. It also seems to overclock extremely well.
