Editing DVCPRO HD and HDV in FCP

Will it be possible to edit both HDV and DVC PRO HD (hvx200) in the same timeline so one can combine footae from both camera's. Is it possible edit HD and Mini DV in the same timline.

Sure you can! But, yep, there's always a big butt somewhere...

Aspect ratio. Are both 16x9? If one is a different resolution than the Sequence, it'll have to be resized and rendered. And yes, you can put HD and DV in the same Timeline, but one, the one that doesn't match the Sequence settings, will have to be rendered.
 
You can put anything on the same sequence- but quality results will vary widely and render times can soar through the roof depending on how different the footage is from the sequence settings.
