Yes. It's simple - you need an output from your computer and an input on your television. Just take the picture out of where it comes from and put it where it's going. If you don't have any cables that fit in both CPU and TV, then you need a new toy. This toy can range from a cheapie $80 Dazzle thingy to a $1600 AJA or Kona or whatever. But before you buy, always do your research. Dig?
