That teddy bear/fire shot is epic...

Some thoughts after watching it once:

:01 - Maybe use a different effect with the text...there are some cool ones out there and the current one is a bit cheesy, IMO.
:08 - flip the image horizontally so its continuity stays with 180°.
:36-37 - same thing, one or the other. Right now he's gripping and/or laying & lifting in the wrong direction from one clip to the next.

IMO, some audio effects aren't very realistic like the grunting/bones cracking. Some like the water and jump rope are spot on.

The sound effect at :37 seconds is the sound of weights moving when a bar is lifted or hitting a rack. People who don't lift won't catch this but just FYI if you'd like to stay accurate (and you did in other parts with a similar sound).

I could probably break it down a bit more but overall I like it, and I would even speed it up a bit more in certain parts (similar to the ending).

The red room scene into the fire is perfect and my favorite.

Great piece! I might suggest just turning down the sound effects overall volume a bit to make them a little more subtle, or specifically the grunting and bones cracking--I thought they worked, just too overt and "present" in the mix.

I thought it well put together, and very similar to trailers we see on UK TV at the moment. I can't think of anything apart from positives.

I thought is was pretty good. Really nothing major to say. Just a couple of little things and this is only my opinion.
1. Around 21 secs, it shows him with his back against the wall, bathed in red light, and we apparently, cut to what he is looking at, but that shot is a moving shot, so it doesn't really work to convey what he is looking at. I would say to keep that shot of what he is looking at still.

2. There's another subjective shot where the actor is apparently looking at his bloody hands. But we don't see him before that or after that. For me, for a subjective shot to work, we need a little more. Not long after that, there are shots of him punching a bag. Perhaps the bloody hand shots could be moved in the middle of those shots or just after, so we have some frame of reference. If we see what the actor is seeing, but don't see him before he sees what he sees or after what he sees, then we have no emotional reference for how this is making the character feel, and we lose a chance to gain insight and empathy.

3. In some parts, I felt the breathing sounds didn't really match the scene. Maybe tone down a bit??

4. Also not sure if the music works after the 36 sec mark. It almost sounds inspirational or like canned inspirational music and we can see that he is certainly motivated to do something, but underneath there is a darkness to it all. I think it would pay to find something a little different, maybe more haunting, I don't know. But the music seems to take it in a different direction than the visuals.

And that's it.

Otherwise, I thought the camera work and everything else was well done!!!!

P.S. I also thought the opening sequence was very well done. I loved the transition from the letter to the slider right movement. Thought that was very good.

Thanks for sharing this.
