Editing a Trailer

[Paul Overstrom]

The next project for an Editing class i am taking is to edit a trailer for a film that has already been released.

I was just wondering if anyone could direct me to some good songs to edit a trailer to or some good audio effects to transition my cuts. Any help is appreciated. Cheers

Not sure if you mean royalty free music or just any song in general... but for royalty free Video Copilot sells a fairly decent music set called Pro Scores. It has full songs plus lots of hits and sound effects for trailers.

Other than that, best thing to do is go to apple.com/trailers and just watch a shwack load of trailers.
