Editing 24pA Footage Captured in Final Cut

I have to capture some footage shot on a DVX100B w/24pA on Final Cut Pro 6 and hand it off to an editor who uses Sony Vegas, how should I go about doing this? Remove pull down in FCP? Capture 60i and remove it in Vegas before editing? Remove it in Vegas after editing? Any ideas?

PS: We're not planning on logging from the tape, just capture big chunks and make sub-clips.
