Edit out a border?

Okay, shot a wedding and it got windy. Popped my fuzzy cover on the shotgun and didn't realize until now that it appears in the frame at the top edge. Help! How can I edit it out of the video? Thanks in advance!

Increase the size of the clip. With the clip in the timeline, above the preview monitor you should see an "effect control" tab. Click on it, then click on "motion", then "scale". Increase the scale until the fuzzy is not longer present. That's the first way that pops into my head.
