Has anyone been editing off a Solid State Express Card Drive inside a Macbook Pro? If so, has it been faster than editing off a 7200 RPM drive? And has it been reliable?
I found articles online about people attempting to make an SSD Express Cards into boot drives with various success, but I'm not interested in going that far. I just want to make my Final Cut Pro projects off of it.
