I've been messing with this issue for a bit, changed settings like crazy and what not. there seems to be a motion blur occuring around the edges of things when the camera moves and not at a fast speed. I've deinterlaced clips, but when ever i play it, it has like an edge blur occuring. Note: there is no visible lines on still frames whatsoever.

Do you remember the shutter speed you shot it at? If it was something like 1/30 or 1/48 it might just be normal motion blur. Can you post a clip?

Try right clicking the clip and selecting Field Options, then uncheck Add Motion Blur...this helps reduce that blur (very useful with green/blue screen shots with alot of motion).
