Hi,
yesterday I get my SliderPlus v2 + Target Module + Action Module and Im unhappy at all...
Its far away from smooth..

Main issue is the Target Module, here have a look at the Videos

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6eu32FtNL3M
(app. Sec. 3 and sec.5... First very close to the middle of the slider and second one last third of the slider...)

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=--M0qPs3xrM&list=UUvOcEtBZoTEFbaYTIV4W5dQ
(Sec. 6 and Sec. 8)

I allready tried to tighten and/or loose the tiny screw from "Tipps and Tricks" so the head itself isnt shaky, but see, the movement is pain...

I put the settings to extrem, so you better can see it, but its allways there...

And idea, what to do?

Thanks

Regarding the action module. It will skip unless you are certain that it's in tight. Here's the thing, people THINK it's tight, but they don't realize the the bottom two circular metal knobs (used to hold the slider during ground mode) are inhibiting the action module from sliding all the way in, and therefore the belt and gears do not engage fully. So loosen those knobs on the bottom of the slider to allow the action module to slip in fully, and it'll stop skipping while in use. Unfortunately it will still skip slightly when moving it manually.

OK. I have a conversation to someone in the facebook user group. He said it looks like exactly the same in his case.(Target Module) He need to send it back for repairing / replacing. So does edelkrone doesnt have a "last check" on their stuff before sending it out? In special if they have problems with your (motor?) construction you should check any gear before selling, sending it out. Saying that because Im not the only one, so seems not a "rare case" - bit dissapointed -

I realized that, because its in the manual video as well, but I loosen and tighten now ALL screws to have a look how the behavier is. Result: To have all a little loose, seems to work better...even the belt (Looks I did it too tight before)...havent tried that with a heavy gear on it, cause I have better to do, trying to check out how reliable new, not cheap, equipment is...sorry Edelkrone, for now *fail*...
