After a couple of weeks of pretty ugh weather, the skies have parted tonight and I've actually got a decent view of the eclipse . .
With snow covered everything round here, the red color shift is pretty amazing.
For the astronomically inclined - winter solstice is at 3:38 PST tomorrow (Wednesday).
