Easy slideshow program?

[Brandon Rice]

Hey guys,
I do slideshow occasionally for friends. But, they are so time consuming right now. Is there any particular program that I could get that would put all my pics in, add transitions, maintain timing, and maybe even put movement and text on the show? It would also need to somehow render a file I could burn to a DVD. Thanks!

Mac or PC? I use a Mac shareware program called "Still Life." It's full featured and easy.

There's no need for any shareware stuff on Mac - you've got iPhoto.

But Brandon is on PC, anyway...
