Easy Setup / capture Settings for DVX100a PAL footage 25P and 50i.

OK - new FCP user here - I'm hoping someone can put me out of my misery!! I've trolled the forums looking for answers, so forgive me if this (presumably basic) query has been covered, but I couldn't find it.

3 main questions:

1. I'm shooting on the DVX100a predominantly in 25P with either Squeeze mode or the Anamorphic converter. When I digitize footage into FCP6 - which Setup should I use - "DVX Anamorphic" or "DV PAL Anamorphic"? What is the difference?

2. On some shoots, due to low light issues, I've shot some scenes in 50i. Do I have to bring this footage in separately with different settings (I normally capture the whole tape and subclip later). If 50i needs different settings - what are they? How will the timeline cope with this? - I was intending to de-interlace it anyway.

3. I discovered the "DVX Anamorphic" setup after already bringing in footage setup as "DV PAL Anamorphic". The footage I've now brought in on the DVX setting won't play in the viewer, canvas, or timeline -yet I've checked it is in the hard drive and plays back as a quicktime if I just click on it from there?

Any help would be so much appreciated.
 
Ok - it seems 25P / 50i doesn't make any difference to the setup - but I'm not sure if the Timeline is then progressive or interlaced. I understand that it all need s to be the same for output to avoid jagged lines etc.

Still really want to know the diff between DVX Anamorphic and DV PAL Anamorphic Easy Setups. Can't find anything about this anywhere!
