E&O insurance do I need this?

Someone who is doing sales for me approached a local Kmart about the video I just finished. The person was not completely clear, but they said I need insurance for up to $2mil. are they talking about E&O insurance? Can I still get it even though the project is finished? What will I have to provide them with?

E&O stands for errors and omissions, eg: we needed it for Walmart, etc.
Yes you can get it after completion, it could consist of all releases, SAG agreements, liens or investments info, title search, etc.. It will have a standard deductible of 2,500 - 5,000$.
Cost can range $4,500 - $10, 000.

What Phil said. If you're dealing with clients that require it, it's best to start budgeting it in and rolling the overhead cost into your proposals from the get-go.
