It's so rare to find a truly great movie that you haven't even heard the name of, so I thought I'd mention it. At least I'd never heard of The Dying Gaul. A friend recommended it. And it was exceptionally good. Unusual. Some awesome performances by Campbell Scott and Patricia Clarkson. It deals with homosexuality with a good deal of frankness. So if you're a cry baby about such things, don't watch it. But if you wanna see something that is quite unexpectedly fascinating and superb, find it and rent it.

I see Patricia Clarkson is in this flick. I love her.
