Certain stores give DVXuser members discounts. It changes from time to time; not sure who's doing what right now.

No, Sir, you're not wrong. I bought my Cartoni Focus there and they gave me a GREAT discount.

Not sure EVS is online anymore with one... since Rush left.

Bought some stuff there in store the other week and got zippo!!

It's on my profile too.

He left his job in camcorder sales to create his Digital Cinema Course.

Am wondering if the discount DVXusers get goes up the more posts you have. For instance, I have 145 posts at last count, others have 2-3,000. Hmmmm, if this is the case, I need to post more often.

$1 off per post -- how else do you think Barry is getting his RED?

[Drew Ott]

Hah.. no it doesn't have to do with posts, unless maybe you're Barry or Jared...

I'd like to let everyone know, that the DVXuser discount is still available at EVS. I was just there last week and was helped by Tommy Mack and Johnny Rojas. If you ask to speak to Tommy , he will apply a DVXuser discount on most items.

They seem to have been getting a bad rap on here lately. Even though Rush has left,
they're are still very helpful and knowledgeable. I will continue to do business there so as long as they continue to give me great service. Just call or PM Tommy Mack, and he will tell you about the DVX discount.

I got my DVX and a bunch of gear from EVS in May and got a sweet discount.
