dvxuser.com not sending me emails

I didn't get my verification email and now I'm not getting PM emails or thread subscription emails.

I'm using a mail.com address (dr.com specifically) and it has ZERO filters and I haven't had problems in the past... I don't do any spam/junk filtering.
 
No e-mails for Sad Max, either. I'm not using a mail.com family client, at least, not so far as I know.
 
I whined a LOT... had to send pm's to tons of people... even sent some IM's and myspace messages to users. :)

I never got any replies other than a couple people saying they would forward on my issue... one day I just decided to try and post and it worked. *shrug*

Is dvxuser.com looking into this matter?
 
Do they even care? This is very disheartening for a new user like me to find such a great message board and find that the powers that be don't seem to care about keeping it functioning.

well, that's not real, we have some great mods and administrators!
 
What's not real? I would assume that there is a great staff here... but to hear of all these mail issues and not see a single mod/admin step up and address the issue does lead me to wonder... and the problem has existed for at least 6 months?!
 
Could someone at least tell me that the admins are even AWARE of this issue? I didn't know where else to post this but maybe none of them are seeing this here.
 
Maybe they are dealing the problems via PM..... it also seems strange to me that they haven't yet chimed in.... they usually do pretty fast.
 
We are looking into the issue ... unfortunately the one who can really make any changes, if needed, is on the road moving his family practically all the way across the country. He should arrive and settle in soon and we'll try to figure out what the issue is.
 
Thanks... I certainly didn't want my first post to be so negative... just frustrating to dig up every post I want to monitor because the email system isn't work very well. :)

Sounds like it's gonna be sorted out so hopefully this will be all behind us soon.
