I love DVXUser.com and am addicted to it, along with about a half dozen other sites.

Sometimes I find my addiction for the latest web news actually interfering with my life (I know I am weak-minded).

Anyway, the other day listening to NPR (National Public Radio) I heard a blurb about this new software that lets you lock out programs for a specified period of time so that you can "get work done".

I downloaded it today and it works great.

Yea, What's the point if you can unlock it and lock it whenever you want? It would be like installing NetNanny on your teenagers computer and then giving him the key to unlock the adult sites whenever he wanted. Now, if there was a timer, and you were foreced to work for a set amount of time, that would be fine. But even then, I'm sure there would be an over-ride feature which would, once again, be pointless. Ahhh self-control; elusive, and only sometimes, rewarding.
 
lol, that's a great program..... I'm going to install it on my wifes computer and block out her favorite site just to fuk with her....
