dvx's as props

an episode of battlestar galactica...and they used 2 dvx100's as documentary cameras that some reporter was doing...and then this last friday on stargate sg-1 colonel mitchell and carter were out of phase, but they were thought to have been miniaturized so they were using a dvx100 to try and find them.

i think there's one in "SWAT" ... ah but in that battlestar galactica episode i think they actually used it when they were showing "interviews"

they used one a few time's last season on 24, and some of the film Havoc is shot with the dvx i.e. a kid in the movie is making a documentry and we see what he's shooting

It's been in a lot of TV shows. It was prominently featured in the last "Stargate SG-1," too -- and not for the first time.

If you ever see a shot on the news where a bunch of people with cameras are standing around, you'll almost always see one.

It was the camera used by an aspiring documentary maker who never used an external mic while shooting in the film. Drove me crazy - but the character was supposed to be an idiot of sorts.
