Hi guys,

Wonder if you can help. I'm looking into getting a camcorder and have been reading a lot about the dvx100a. However I've just found out about the dvx102a and am confused as there isn't much information about it.

Being in the UK I have seen the dvx102 for sale and am thinking if its just a rename of the dvx100a or a completly new beast. I've read excellent reviews about the 100a and

I managed to get a pdf of the dvx102a from

http://www.panasonic.co.nz/ag-dvx102.html

Anyway I'm serious about the getting a camcorder in the next few days and the dvx is high on my list (the other 2 being the xl2 and sony's hdr)

cheers!!

the only difference between the 100a and 102ae is the power cable.. which is different in england .. 102 is the model for england, thats all. no other technical difference, camera is absolute identical with 100a

Thanks for that, I thought it might be something like that.

Well, now thats sorted out I have to look through the reviews and see which one out of the dvx xl2 n hsr-fx1 i want........ :)
