Fair price. It should sell for what the DVX100a sells for without the rebates. Maybe even alittle less. The high HD prices and cost in computer upgrades, etc will keep them from changing some peoples minds from switching over.
The economy is slowing down and money is getting tighter. That might help keep the cost down. Canon might pop up with a GL3 with real 16:9 or at least a upgrade to the GL2. Some of you said it would be years before we saw a upgrade on the XL2. Now that it will be out before the HVX you have to wonder if a GL3 isn't far behind. That would keep the price down too.
