im planning to purchase a redrock micro m2 w. nikon mount and a tripod.
i understand that the redrock is one of the heavier of the available 35 adaptors and was wondering if a standard 501 tripod would be sufficient. any ideas?
if you have more $$ get a little better tripod. not in all cases but in some ive read people dont find its true fluid and does give some issues. just my 2 cents
I researched and researched and did some more research! Then I got a Bogen 503. True Fluid! Bought it from EVSonline.com! Its the bogen bundle on there homepage. Not the best legs but good! Awesome guys to work with. They give DVX discounts also. I am borrowing a letus 35 flip and i have a dvx works good with the tripod. Maybe suggesting getting the longer sliding plate but thats it!
