DVX100B, PAL, 25FPS, Progressive - FCP

Does anyone know how to import progressive footage from a DVX100B (25FPS, PAL) without loosing any quality in Final Cut Pro? I tried to import everything in progressive mode but unfortunately FCP seems to distort the image in a way... can anyone help me with that issue? Thanks in advance!

Distorted; because when I try to export the "interlaced" (because the standard DV-PAL configuration is somehow standardly interlaced) to a normal progressive clip in example for the internet the video looses quite some quality in concern of sharpness...
