DVX100B for $400 Canadian? Something Smells Funny...

We often say in our culture that if a deal seems too good to be true, it often is... so, tell me, where is the hole in this deal?

Why would France and China offer a DVX100B (a "new" one, which under ebay standards must be in totally operational condition, or "like new") for a fraction of the price? There must be something completely wrong with this deal, because nobody seems to be jumping on these cameras, and there are several of them for sale! I'd love to email the sellers, but I don't have an account, and they won't let me. So, can somebody with a better eBay.ca know-how help me solve this mystery? Thanks in advance, as I'm sure you too would love a DVX100B for $400 dollars canadian!
 
Just leave it up to the french, and being french acadian, I'm glad we were kicked out. Le bone tets... Dans le french class je suis terrible...
 
This guy looks almost exactly like the one that was listing that 8gb P2 card for $400 a couple of weeks ago...

I reported the listing to eBay. Hopefully they'll yank it before somebody is foolish enough to "buy" it...
