Real quick question, I know that the DVX100A comes with a mic internal, but what is the mic that is generally shown on the Pictures of the 100A....It looks like a Shotgun, but what is it....Also what are some suggestions on different mics...But let me just double check I know that I am new but please any help, The DVX100A does not come with the shotgun straight out of box or am I just buying from some off the wall company, it is B & H so I thought that was a good company, so please anyhelp would be much appreciated, once again I know I am new and dumb but I appreciate all of you help...

The DVX100A does not come with a shotgun microphone. I *assume* that you're talking about a ME66/K6 on pictures you generally see with the DVX. It's common for many companies to include "package deals" that come with the K6.
