DVX100A Shoulder Strap?????

I am need of the OEM strap for my 100A. Anyone know where I can get one? Panasonic doesn't have them. Has anyone any ideas of a good copy?

I keep mine on the camera, and wrap it around the tripod handle to act as a safety-strap in case the camera pops off the tripod when setting up for a new shot. Saved the camera twice from a na$ty fall.

Mainly I wanted one to carry the camera around instead of by the handle all the time.

You can have mine - it seems to work best:

as something to trip over
for snagging on a branch / fire hydrant / prostitute
getting into the shot - every time

Anyone got one of those stringy-things taht keep your lens cap attached to the camera? I never got one.

Also, anyone notice how lame the lens cap is!! The two buttons to press and slip the lens cap barely hold the cap in place... it's always popping off accidently!

Dont remember my lens cap coming with a ..... stringy thing ! .... and yes i agree the cap dont stay on too well i leave mine off now just keep the UV filter on .
