dvx100a or sony dsr 570 and magic bullet

wonky

I have recently edited a commercial shot on a sony dsr 570 camera. I understand that the sony is much more expensive etc but it shoots interlaced only. I use magic bullet to deinterlace but have found it not as perfect as it should be and is VERY slow to render.
Question is...a scene shot on a dvx at 25fps should be good, is it as good as the same shot on the sony deinterlaced?

Thanks

Are you asking if a $3400 camera can shoot video that's as good as a $15,000 camera?  The answer is probably not, certainly not with the same DOF and same signal-to-noise ratio, etc.

If you're asking if the DVX footage will look cleaner after Magic Bullet gets through with the DSR570 footage... that answer is not so clear. I haven't tried it, and I don't know anyone who has.
