DVX100 & Canon XL2 - 2 camera shoot

Hello

I have a 2 camera shoot - using a DXV100 & a Canon XL2 camera - we are trying to make the picture look consistant. Is that possible shooting in 30p and/or 24p?

Also if we want a 16x9 aspect ratio is that possible given the 2 cameras??
