DVX xlr connection schematic

Hi all,

I bought a lavelier mic (Audio Technica AT831C) for my DVX. It's wired and came with no connection, so I bought a connector with it. The DVX has phantom power so I didn't need to buy the box that comes with most wired mics. Here's the question, I need to find out what wires to hook up to what pins on the connector so they are in the correct place when I plug into the DVX. The ground is easy enough, but I need to know where the other wires go.

Any help would be appreciated.

I put this thread in the Technical section as well, sorry for the double post.

Thanks for the reply. I seem to have made a mistake when I bought the mic. I thought I could just wire it up th the connector and plug it into the DVX and use the 48v phantom power, but I noticed that the mic takes 1.1 to 12volts, so I don't think it will work (probably fry the mic).

Anyway, I'm gonna return this to Sweetwater and I just ordered another Audio Technica but with it's own power box with xlr out like I need for $129.00 at Musician's Friend.
