DVX user Battery

So I bought one of these off this site, and I am having trouble getting it to stay in. It is as if the battery is just slightly too small for the camera.

My stock battery doesn't do this, so I don't think its the clasp on the camera.

has anybody else had this problem?

I got my batteries last week and they fit perfectly.

I got four of them recently - no problems at all.
Work like a dream - and you gotta love the warning on them.

How long do these batteries normally take to arrive? I ordered a pair two weeks ago and I haven't heard anything from them yet. I sent them an email a week ago and got no reply.

What's the deal?

mine took a little over a week, I think its a guy that sells them, not like a manufacturing company.

anyway, if any one else has this problem, I just took some gaff tape and wraped it around. I then wedge it in there.
