If anyone caught the promo for tonight's episode of BSG you'll have noticed the DVX100 predominately displayed. The new episode called "Final Cut" features a reporter played by Lucy Lawless who goes on aboard the Galactica to document the daily life on the ship. And her camera of choice is the DVX100.

Nice to see that the camera still holds up with the rigors of space travel and all.

Denver DVX. Cool footage on your webpage. Do you usually shoot that type of stuff, or do you also do narative flms? I'm asking because I'm just East of you in Aurora and I am always looking to network.

yeah i was watching that show just before. cool modifications made to the dvx. but sorta takes you out of the movie... the dvx that is. just because i know for a fact that that was a dvx... and it didn't mix too well for me. lawless looked good. didn't really recognize her at first...

Great episode, as always!! Didn't know ahead of time, just saw the good old DVX red light/mic and Leica mattebox, and was like, "Oh Yeah!! I know that camera very well!!" Besides a blonde Lucy Lawless, this was the first time they ever played the old Battlestar Theme on the new show. Sweet!!

SG1 was okay(homage to Last Samurai, ho-hum), and Atlantis was also just okay, although next weeks episodes look to be much better.
