were there many vendors/exhibitors? Is it worth stopping by tomorrow?

Went to it today with my dad.
It was horrible. There was like enough exhibitors there to count on two hands. There was like two booths about lights...1 about dv rig stuff...like 3 or 4 booths with books and magazines and like the rest were everything about massive capacity hard drives and backups. Oh and there was a place where you could sit and watch a seminar.
Nothing too thrilling..and the guy from Apple was boring as hell. I'm sitting there like drooling on this like old asian woman next to me.
...had to be there kind of moment.
but overall...yes big disappointment and step down since the Javits Center DV Expo

I wish I could build a time machine so I could go back and avoid attending this suckfest. I don't know what was worse, the event, or the Cantonese noodles I had afterward.
Blackhawk, I was going to write the same things you did: What the heck happened to the Javits-style expo? Not only was the Apple demo boring, the audio was piss-poor. They didn't even get a dedicated room for those lectures, so the speakers had to talk over the exhibition crowd.
The only cool thing was I got to talk to the DP & camera guys from "Rescue Me" after their presentation. They were cool.
If you're thinking of going today....I'd reconsider. I hope my post saves someone the trip.
