DVX connected to a microscope

You'd be better off with a camera that had interchangeable lenses.
The easiest you could probably do with a microscope is setup a rear projection screen from the microscope. You coudl try an aerial image but I'm not sure hwo well that woudl work with the DVX. (microscope would focus an image large enough above the eyepiece that dvx coudl focus on it.)

Good to hear that it is a posibility. Not to sound ignorant, but what is a rear projection and an arial image?

Hey all-
Any more advise on getting a microscope attached to my dvx? Has anyone actually achieved it?
You need an angled first surface mirror and a magnifier ......in one device ....
i would look into the
old olmpus still camera " om system "parts on ebay for the device which attaches to your microscope
But first work on the dvx issues check all threads on this site for close up and macro work
then
i would work up a mount and see if the dvx can shot macro (close up ) to the device .
Before you go buying anthing id check all the answers to all threads on close up and macro work onthis site again after you post something
Macro work is a whole world in photography ...!!!!

You are shoting a reflected or areal image which is is at first highly magnified and
then coming through a tube and being angeled to your final magnifier ..losing light all the way!!!!
A rock hard surface is essential and you will be fighting LIGHT LOSS ..all the time
Good Luck
