DVX Capture/Export

I'm having trouble getting the right settings for capturing and exporting DVX footage

Its in 24p/Anamorphic Widescreen, but when i capture it, its interlaced.
And when i export it loses quality, what is the format with the least loss, but not a huge file

I'm using the Advanced Pulldown as I've been told, but that doesn't help.

Okay, I've got the capture good, but the exporting is still bad, I am exporting in H.264.

What framerate are importing your 24ap footage at?

What framerate is your timeline (sequence) set to?
