Just need a reality check here for setting tone.
It has been stated in a number of posts that the 7th white segment on the DVX audio meter display is the -20dB position. I think the 7th is actually -22dB. I counted 12 white segments in my display, (The owners manual shows 10). Considering that the last white segment with vertical lines is -12dB, then the -20 segment SHOULD be the 8th white segment counting from left to right OR the 5th white segment counting from right to left, starting with and including the -12 position. If each segment is 2dB, then this should be correct. Am I correct or am I missing something here? Given the inconsistency in earlier posts, just want to check.
For what it is worth, the owners manual, p.62, does NOT show the correct number of white segments between the -34 and -12 marks.
