dvx and xl2 for 16 9 project

how to best use dvx when xl2 is primary camera for 16:9 shoot and 16:9 nle project

dvx not dvxa

shoot= talking head/body in recording studio set with xl2 primary and dvx artsy steadcam shots for b-roll

cant afford anamorphic adapter.

i dont own a xl2 nore an agdvx100a but from things i have read use squeze mode in the dvx. if not then at least i tried to answer. happy shooting!!!! ;D ;D ;D

Squeeze and letterbox are the same. Just letterbox it, and go for it.

Squeeze is only on the DVX100A. You can simulate Squeeze in post, by shooting on a DVX100 in letterbox mode and then stretching the footage in post.
