DVX accesories. PLEASE ADVISE!!! part II

I am going to film my sister's wedding. I am planning on eventually getting a mic...probably the Me-66 or the AT897. If these mics are hooked directly to the camera as they probably would be in this instance, would they yield a MUCH greater sound than the mic that already comes with the camera?

at best, you're going to lose any residual camera noise or knocks, and anyone you point the me-66 at will sound half as far away. What do you mean by "MUCH?"
 
The mic that comes with the camera is pretty much useless. If your gunna film something important like your sisters wedding get the me-66 or at897.

I'm interested in your recommendation of the me-66 and at897 microphones. I need to get an onboard mic, myself, for my DVX-100A. One mic I'm considering is the xlr mic mentioned in the owner's manual, the AG-MC100G. Do you recommend the others over this one?

Also, I'd like to get a wireless lavalier set, for doing interviews. Do u have a recommendation? I'm willing to pay for quality, dendability and durability, tho I don't have unlimited resources.
