DVX 5600 mah Batteries

I have ordered 3 batteries from the DVX homepage and didn´t get any feedback. ( Order placed Nov. 6th) Anybody knows where to call or where to get a real feedback. This is a quite disappointing situation. I have send 2 email without any reply.

it says 4-7 days for international shipping.... I think it's a typo: I had to wait 4-7 WEEKS until the battery arrived finally...

After 1 month I wrote them and never ever received an answer. But one day I received the battery...

You know: before ordering, when I asked whether the battery was Li-Ion or not, I got 2 ANSWERS !!! Within very little time.... from 2 different persons... but after having ordered the battery, no more answer, when I asked after 1 month, where my battery was...

Just wait another 2 weeks if you don't live in the US...
